REFUND POLICY :
We provide our customers with a 14-day refund policy which allows them to return their purchased items.
To be eligible for a refund your purchased item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be.
- In its original packaging ( including tags)
- With proof of purchase
- Any free items that come with product must be returned.
Once we have received and inspected your product, we will then notify you to alert you are eligible for a refund and if your return was approved.
Refund will be processed by the original payment method. With card payments it can take up to 7 days to appear back into your account, a PayPal refund may take up to 30 days.
If you wish to exchange an item, please visit one of our branches in the Oldham Spindles Shopping Centre with proof of your purchase.
Exchanges are dependent on our current stock level. if we are unable to exchange an item for you when you visit our branch an order can be placed ensuring your required item is available in stock within the following 7 days.
On the other hand, we can also issue you a credit note which can be used immediately or within the year.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES :
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us if your item is faulty , damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so we can immediately begin to resolve the issue.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS :
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on some opened and used products these consist of.
